President

Christina Motilall, President, attended Drake University (Gamma Theta) for undergrad and Indiana University for her dual Masters. She works for the Environmental Protection Agency in DC and lives in Alexandria with her dog (Reese) and cat (Tesla). In her free time she enjoys belting out karaoke, volunteering, basically any sport, and grilling/cooking. Allison del Castillo

Programming Chair

Allison del Castillo, Programming Chair, works as a clinical research coordinator at Children’s National Health System. She graduated from Georgetown University with a major in Psychology and minors in Cognitive Science and Bioethics. While at Georgetown, Allison pledged KKG’s Eta Tau chapter and served as Chapter President. Allison’s favorite things about Kappa are the long-lasting relationships it has brought into her life and the incredible leadership opportunities it has provided. Ali Zeliff

Night Owls Co-Chair

Ali Zeliff, Night Owls Co-Chair, graduated from Purdue University in 2017 with degree in public relations. She was a member of the Delta Gamma chapter and her favorite thing about being a Kappa Alumni is having the ability to connect with so many strong Kappa women in the DC area. She works for Arent Fox LLP as a Communications & Marketing Specialist. Ali is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and loves to travel, go to SoulCycle, and taste test every restaurant she can in DC. Rachel Anderson, Night Owls Co-Chair, is a founding member of the eta sigma chapter at Chapman University in Orange, CA. With degrees in International Business and Data Science, she currently works as a consultant for the federal government. Rebecca Foster

Membership Co-Chair

Rebecca Foster, Membership Chair, graduated from Delta Delta chapter at McGill University. Rebecca currently works for Medstar Medical Group and is a double-board certified Emergency-Internal medicine physician. She also teaches at Georgetown Medical School. Originally from Montreal, Canada, she has lived across the United States and previously been active with the Shreveport, New York City and Montreal Kappa alumni societies. Carissa Hernandes

Carissa Hernandes, Membership Co-Chair, graduated from the Eta Iota chapter at Creighton University and received her Master’s degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cambodia as an education volunteer and currently works in international exchange, education, and development. Neha Sata, Networking and Outreach Co-Chair, is a Senior Associate in Mercury’s Washington, D.C. office. She supports clients with a focus on international affairs, media relations, and crisis management. Neha has a keen interest in politics and government affairs and has experience working in various roles for local elected officials. Neha has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Chelsea Jarrett

Networking and Outreach Co-Chair

Chelsea Jarrett, Networking and Outreach Co-Chair, grew up in Florence, Kentucky. She pledged Kappa's Beta Chi chapter at the University of Kentucky. Chelsea has lived in the DC area for the past seven years where she works on Capitol Hill for a member of her home state delegation. Chelsea loves Kappa for the many friendships it fosters both in college and beyond. As a member of the D.C. board, she enjoys meeting Kappa’s from all over the country and getting to know their unique backgrounds. She and her husband enjoy cooking at home and exploring the city's myriad of dining and cultural offerings. Bailey Griffith

Reading Is Fundamental Liaison

Bailey N. Griffith, RIF Liaison, moved to DC from New Mexico where she was a member of the University of New Mexico's Gamma Beta chapter. She is the Public Affairs and Digital Media Coordinator for the American Tort Reform Association and serves as the President of the New Mexico State Society of Washington, DC (ask her what New Mexicans put chile in). She is also the Team Development Chair for the DC St. Jude Walk/Run and a member of the Junior League of Washington. Frannie Mulhall

Communications Chair

Frannie Mulhall, Communications Chair, grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was a member of Pledge Class 2014 of Theta Chapter at the University of Missouri! She served on her chapter's standards committee for 3 years. Frannie just recently moved to Alexandria, Virginia and is excited to get involved and meet more Kapital Kappas. Alexandra Boucher

Social Media Chair

Alexandra Boucher, Social Media Chair, was raised in Italy, France, and Northern California, where she still owns a home in Carmel-by-the-Sea, she is fluent in Italian and French as well as her native English. She was an Epsilon Omicron chapter Kappa at the University of California, Davis, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Italian, with a minor in Political Science. Following UC Davis, she earned her Master’s degree with Honors from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, with concentration in international policy and national security affairs. Following her formal education, and prior to entering the real estate profession, Alexandra served in the U.S. intelligence and defense communities in several roles, including conducting in-depth analysis of political and economic conditions in communities around the world. She brings this focused and analytical approach to her real estate practice, and combines analyses with a thorough understanding of local market dynamics to maximize results for her clients. Laurel Fuller, Book Club Chair, is in her fourth year on the Kapital Kappas Board. She is an alumna of Rho Deuteron at Ohio Wesleyan University. Celena Turiano, Secretary, is originally from Hollidaysburg, PA, but currently resides in Arlington, VA. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA where she was a member of the Gamma Rho Chapter. Celena currently works at PNC Bank as a Retail Manager.
